Successfully delivered end-to-end design and detailed technical drawings for South Indian Bank, Kochi, a 10,000 sq.ft. project executed by a lean, focused team.

Conceptualized and built CORO, one of the country’s largest and most immersive experience centres for Corian and allied interior materials, designed with a distinct spatial narrative.

Founder and Principal Designer
With 17 years in the design industry, and 4 leading her own Bangalore-based practice, Neha founded Checkered Spaces as a process-driven studio rooted in clarity, curiosity, and craft. Her work spans residential, retail, and commercial projects, approaching each as a problem to solve rather than a style to impose.
The name reflects a checkered approach, balancing ideas, constraints, and contexts across residential, retail, and commercial projects, where design is seen as problem-solving rather than just aesthetics.
